Soto Makassar or Soto is a traditional food Mangkasara Makassar, South Sulawesi. Food is made from offal (Viscera) of beef boiled in a long time. Stew beef offal mixed sliced and then this hash ago flavored with ingredients that are mixed specifically. Soto is served in a bowl and eaten with Ketupat and "burasa".
